What Is Blocky Rider?

Blocky Rider is a voxel-style motorcycle game with three distinct modes that each demand different riding skills. Race Mode tests endurance through endless traffic weaving, Demolition Mode rewards vehicular destruction within a time limit, and City Mode offers free exploration with no pressure.

Three bikes are available — Cross, Superbike, and Police — each with different handling characteristics. There are no upgrades, power-ups, or boosts. Performance depends entirely on your riding skill: reading traffic patterns, managing speed, and reacting to sudden lane changes from NPC vehicles.

Game Modes

Race Mode — survive as long as possible while building speed through city traffic. Faster riding scores more points, but one collision ends your run. NPC vehicles change lanes unpredictably, creating constant threat. High scores come from maintaining top speed while threading through narrow gaps.

Demolition Mode — forget dodging, now you're smashing. Crash into as many vehicles as possible within the time limit. Each collision earns points, and bigger impacts score more. The objective flips your instincts — instead of avoiding traffic, you're hunting it down.

City Mode — open-world exploration with no timer, no crash penalties, and no score pressure. Ride around the blocky city, practice handling, find ramps and interesting spots, and familiarize yourself with the physics before tackling competitive modes.

Riding Tips

Watch two cars ahead in Race Mode — NPC lane changes telegraph slightly before they happen.
Speed equals score, but control equals survival — find your sustainable top speed and hold it.
In Demolition, target clusters — groups of cars yield chain-collision bonuses.
Use City Mode to learn the map — knowing where ramps and open stretches are helps in Race Mode.
Press C to switch cameras — third-person view gives better spatial awareness in heavy traffic.
